This book is developed in the open and in order, so not every chapter carries the same weight. The table below records, per chapter, how mature the material is and what level of verification it has passed. The tiers themselves are defined in the project’s verification policy; here they are only reported.
Two distinctions matter when reading it. Maturity describes how settled the writing and structure are, from an early seed through a working draft and a stabilizing chapter to mature material. Verification describes whether a chapter has passed a distinct review pass — editorial (V1), conceptual (V2), or technical (V3) — and a dash means no formal pass is yet recorded. Contribution and verification are separate: that a chapter exists says nothing about whether it has been checked. Read chapters that are early in maturity or unverified as provisional.
